1. Introduction

EliteRewards ("we," "us," or "our") operates a membership-based rewards platform that enables users to earn points through verified affiliate activity and redeem those points for eligible rewards, including prop firm account rewards.

In addition to rewards and redemption features, EliteRewards may also promote or provide access to educational content related to trading, market concepts, or prop firm participation.

EliteRewards is not a prop firm, does not sell prop firm accounts, and does not provide trading, investment, or financial advice.

2. Description of Services

EliteRewards provides members with access to:

• A points-based rewards and redemption system
• Affiliate links to third-party prop firms
• Educational and informational content related to trading, prop firms, and market concepts

All prop firm purchases are completed on third-party websites and are governed solely by the terms and conditions of those providers.

Educational content provided or promoted on the platform is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. Trading Journal and Third-Party Account Connections

EliteRewards may provide access to EliteJournal or related trading journal, analytics, and trade replay features. If you choose to connect a third-party trading account, such as Tradovate, you are responsible for authorizing that connection and understanding the permissions granted.

EliteRewards does not place trades, modify trading accounts, withdraw funds, or make trading decisions on your behalf. Trading journal, analytics, and replay features are provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

We do not guarantee that synced trading data, charts, executions, positions, or account information will always be complete, accurate, timely, or available. You should independently verify all trading information with your broker, platform, or prop firm before making any decision.

4. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• Each individual may maintain one account unless otherwise approved.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use EliteRewards solely for its intended purposes, including accessing rewards, affiliate information, and educational content. Any misuse, including fraudulent behavior or manipulation of the rewards system, may result in suspension or termination.

Platform updates, promotional messages, or marketing communications may be sent in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

5. Rewards and Points Program

Rewards, points, promotions, and affiliate-related benefits are subject to eligibility, verification, availability, and the rules displayed on the platform at the relevant time.

Earning Points

• Points may only be earned through qualifying activity, such as verified purchases via official affiliate links and required promo codes.
• All points are subject to verification.
• EliteRewards reserves the right to approve, deny, adjust, or revoke points at its discretion.

Verification

• Verification timing varies depending on third-party data and providers.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

8. Points Usage, Limitations, and Program Changes

• Points have no cash value
• Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money
• Points may only be used within the EliteRewards platform
• Points do not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise

EliteRewards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the points program, redemption rules, reward availability, verification standards, or any platform feature at any time, where permitted by law. We may also correct, reverse, or cancel any points, redemptions, or rewards issued due to error, abuse, fraud, system malfunction, or violation of these Terms.

9. Redemption of Rewards

• Rewards are subject to availability and eligibility
• Sufficient points are required at the time of redemption
• Points are deducted immediately upon successful redemption
• All redemptions are final and non-refundable

EliteRewards does not guarantee the availability of any reward.

10. Reward Fulfillment

• Fulfillment timelines vary depending on the reward
• Digital items, such as promo or discount codes, are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, but delays may occur.
• EliteRewards is not responsible for third-party fulfillment issues

11. Third-Party Disclaimer

EliteRewards operates independently from all listed prop firms.

• We do not control their services, rules, or outcomes
• We do not guarantee funding, approval, or trading results
• Any disputes related to prop firm services must be resolved directly with the provider

12. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Any attempt to manipulate the platform, submit false information, or exploit the rewards system may result in:

• Suspension or termination of your account
• Forfeiture of points
• Permanent removal from the platform

13. Accuracy Disclaimer

EliteRewards strives to keep information current but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of:

• Educational materials
• Prop firm promotions
• Third-party offers

Users should independently verify all information.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteRewards shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses or financial outcomes
• Decisions made based on educational content
• Third-party service failures or delays

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

EliteRewards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, rewards, opportunities, or goodwill, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
